Everyone raves about the cookies and cakes, but let me tell you about their sandwiches… they are made to perfection with so much love and care. Go hungry because it’s almost impossible to finish one. Great price, great quality, even better taste.
It’s official; Arble just became one of my new favorite family owned, local businesses here in Jax. Hands down. Look at this gorgeous woman you are greeted by personally as soon as you walk in (not to mention the immediate smell of fresh baked cookies) Every customer is greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from everyone working in the bakery. I’ve never felt so much love walking into a business before - I know I turned red; blushing with with all the attention. Every customer that walks in gets the red carpet treatment - new or returning, you immediately feel so special. Did I mention Free Samples ??? Yeah, free sample cookie! A whole cookie! Not a piece of one; the whole thing! I had to show off my peanut butter cookie sample in front of the pretty balloon display (which was also made by a family member! This entire family is gifted with artistic flair) Me being the Valentine’s Day lover that I am, I truly appreciated just how much detail this bakery put into the whole experience of buying delicious baked goods at your local bakery up the street. One of my favorite features of this shop is a small design build they did. Right behind the order counter is a big cut out in the wall that separates the FOH from the BOH. They have an open air window where you as the customer, see the whole family rolling out cookie dough, making the cookies as you are placing or paying for your order. Kids, cousins, mom, dad, sisters, brothers, aunties, everyone’s pouring love into each baked food item from this bakery; laughing and kidding around with each other. As I’m visiting for the first time, more family and friends come in to visit & support the business in the 15 mins I’m here. I realize I’m not really going into detail here about the sweets just yet but, damn, the amount of love this shop not only has, but gives is literally tremendously special. I picked up a few items to try: a brownie, Valentine’s Day heart shaped cookies, a small heart shaped pound cake, a cupcake,
Arble Baking Company is really a gem. It’s located at the end of Dunn Avenue in the the same plaza where Rowe’s IGA Supermarket is located. This cute little bakery is great for purchasing baked goods. They have an excellent selection of mouth watering cookies. I will have to say my favorite cookie had to be the oatmeal cookie with nuts. It was so good, and I’m so happy that there was an option without raisins. This location is fairly new opening, but I hope it gets a good business in this location because they really are great. I plan to come back soon to try some more of these tasty cookies.
I love to support black family owned businesses and this one right here is such an amazing company. Some as I opened the door, I was greeted in the warmest way then a whiff of the delicious sweets made me happy. This place is clean from the door all the way to the bathroom. They have cookies, cakes, pies, and more. They aren't just a bakery they are a branded bakery shop of their brand. Very kind staff. I got cookies and a cupcake and all I can say is they understand the assignment. Need a sweet spot...this is the place to be. Cookies are just 2 bucks and cupcakes are 4. I can tell this company is going places. May God bless it abundantly! I will be back.
The lemon Bundt cake is absolutely superb. Excellent with craving wonder when I seen it. It looks so great couldn’t resist and the taste is just beyond my expectations. I got the mini sweet potato pie as well. Can’t wait to dig into it. I’ll be back for some sandwiches and some more delicious cake. I came upon this little gem visiting a friend and I’m surely to visit again.! I came in right at closing most places will turn you away. They did not extremely friendly inviting talkative. Actually they offered me a mini cupcake and no charge so I would have to definitely say because I have been many many restaurants and a great great deal of the ones I’ve been to near closing time where When some of them allow you even and even though you’re a few minutes before closing or right eye closing you usually can’t get in because the door is locked and if you get lucky and get in and a monitor it, it’s a short live look your student turned around and shown the door that you just came in because everything is shut down so I take big note in that when yeah just as welcome at closing time as you are with First opening time
came across this place today and decided to try it. so glad I did. I got the turkey classic, all the way. they pile the meat on. all the veggies were super fresh (something that shouldn't have to be said, but these days it does). the staff were all really friendly. the inside was clean. 1 thing I'll mention (not good or bad), their pickles are a little sweet. which was fine with me but in case that's not your thing, you might ask them to be left off.
I had the pleasure of trying this hidden gem on Thursday and they did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere and restaurant is so clean! The service is extremely friendly. I got a sandwich and the oatmeal raisin and chocolate cookies and omg. Everything was so fresh and good! My bread was toasted perfectly and the cookies?!! You will become addicted! 10/10 recommend. I can’t wait to try the cupcakes and cake. Keep doing your thing Arble!
10/10 local business! I believe it is family run as well which I love! I stopped in today and my phone was dead. I asked if I could charge my phone for a bit then order with Apple Pay when it charged up. The gentleman at the cashier was so kind and welcomed me to do so. The bakery is very nicely decorated and clean! I ordered a red velvet cake slice . Absolutely perfect! It was moist and delicious! And not to mention a large slice so I can take some home as well. I will definitely be returning. They also have cakes and pies available for this holiday season! I’m thinking their sweet potato pie will be a hit with my family on Thanksgiving. Just the shear look of it got my mouth watering! That first bite was a flavor and texture explosion! Crisp greens, fresh cut veggies, delicatessen quality meats and sweet crunchy pickles with a little kick all stacked in between artisan sourdough. Truly a massive sandwich fit for the gods! And the carrot cake is giving Publix a run for their money! Great looking atmosphere and friendly service to compliment the food experience for sure! I'm taking the hummingbird cake down next.
The brown butter cookie was tasty. My daughter loved it. The red velvet cake was moist, which is impressive given that it was chilled. My daughter thought the red velvet tasted like vanilla cake. The rest of my house thought the red velvet didn't taste like red velvet, it didn't taste like chocolate cake, and didn't really taste like vanilla. It had its own unique taste, not red velvet, but it was good. That cream cheese icing was on point!! The service was wonderful. I would go back based on the service alone.
